What is Primary Source Verification (PSV)?
PSV means DataFlow contacts the issuing bodies — your university, licensing board and past employers — directly to confirm your degree, license and experience are genuine and current. It is mandatory for DHA, MOH and DOH licensing across the UAE. No shortcuts, no paper copies — the authorities only accept a source-verified report.
The DataFlow process
- Create the case & select documents — open the case, choose the authority (DHA, MOH or DOH) and select the exact document set for your role.
- Upload exactly as issued — with consistent name spelling, complete letters and matching dates across every file.
- DataFlow contacts each source — universities, licensing boards and employers respond directly to DataFlow.
- Report issued to the authority — the verified report is sent to the licensing authority and used for your eligibility letter.
Timeline
Standard turnaround is 15 to 45 days. Responsive sources are faster; slow or unresponsive universities and employers are the main delay. Document errors — name mismatches, missing dates, missing signatures — cause restarts and add weeks.
