Before any DHA final inspection, we visit the site first. Today in Dubai Healthcare City, Mr Ahmed (DHA reviewer for Spectronix) walked a new clinic and pharmacy with us and checked:

1. Wheelchair access – can the door open for a wheelchair patient?

2. Laser room – special requirements, no reflective surfaces, keep the device registration

3. Fire extinguisher – hang it, not in a corner

4. One main treatment room in the middle, with the crash trolley there for emergencies

5. EMR system – at final, DHA will ask for it
