A vascular surgeon's ambition in Mirdif
BGM British German Medical Polyclinic began with a clinician's intent. Dr. Mohamad Azani, a vascular surgeon, wanted to open his own clinic in Mirdif — a residential Dubai community with its own character and its own expectations of a neighbourhood medical practice. Turning that intent into a licensed, physical clinic is where Spectronix came in.
Finding the right premises
Before anything can be designed or built, the premises have to be right. Spectronix ran the search on the client's behalf and found a suitable place in Mirdif for the polyclinic — the single decision that shapes every subsequent step of a healthcare project, from layout to approvals.
Clinic delivered A to Z
From that point, Spectronix delivered the clinic A to Z. Rather than handing the client a list of separate contractors, consultants and submissions to coordinate from a surgeon's already-full schedule, the whole project ran through one accountable partner until BGM British German Medical Polyclinic existed as a working clinic.
