An international vision from Taiwan and Australia
Aivita Wellness Clinic came to Dubai from two directions at once: its founders came from Taiwan and from Australia. Establishing a wellness clinic in the UAE from that distance means the entire project — the space, the build, the identity, the approvals — has to be trusted to a partner on the ground in Dubai.
Built from scratch
Spectronix built the clinic from scratch. Nothing was inherited from a previous operator: the clinical environment, the patient-facing areas and the finish that carries the brand were created for Aivita rather than adapted from someone else's clinic.
A completed Dubai clinic environment
The outcome is a finished wellness clinic environment in Dubai carrying the Aivita identity — a working facility that an internationally based founding team could open in a market they were entering for the first time.
