What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO for healthcare jobs in Dubai, UAE, and GCC.
• Implement advanced AI marketing techniques to optimize campaigns, predict trends, and personalize user experiences.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and targeting DHA licensed professionals and other healthcare specialists.
• Enhance our local SEO presence through strategic Google My Business and Google Maps optimization, crucial for clinic jobs and medical positions in Al Barsha and across Dubai.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for top rankings on Google.
• Oversee all SEO efforts, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and YouTube SEO for our healthcare recruitment content.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation in Dubai and the UAE.
