In July 2025, a client from the UK approached us with a vision: to set up a GP clinic based on the UK model. By August, we had secured the perfect location. By October 15, we handed over a complete, 'turnkey' clinic, fully fitted and licensed.
This video showcases our entire process—from the initial raw space to the final walkthrough of the beautiful, modern medical facility, complete with reception, waiting areas, treatment rooms, a prayer room, and a sterilization room.
Project Timeline:
- July 2025: Initial meeting with the client from the UK
- August 2025: Agreed on the project and found the 1100 sq ft location in Business Bay
- October 15, 2025: Handed over the fully licensed and fitted 'Aafiyah Care Clinic'
